About the Composer

Rob Conwell draws on experience as a church organist and theater director to compose fresh music for today's church services. He believes that music has the same purpose in both church and theater. It should entertain, but as part of a sermon/play, its true value comes from its contribution to the bigger message.

His vocal music is ideal for churches that use music to strengthen their message and not merely to punctuate it. The fresh contemporary tunes bring new life to sacred texts from a variety of sources.
